The Goods is a monthly home goods warehouse sale in Lakewood, just west of Denver. We open one weekend at a time with bedding, pillows, towels, throws, kitchen, organization, and seasonal outdoor goods. Inventory changes from sale to sale, so this guide explains when to come and how to shop well.

A home goods warehouse sale is a limited-time, in-person event. We bring a changing selection of home goods together for one sale weekend, then close and restock before the next event.
Quantities are limited, so bring room measurements and a clear idea of what you need. Take a moment to confirm an item works for your home before you buy.
How sale weekend works
Friday, 5–8 PM — VIP preview. List members only, RSVP required. This is the first look at the fullest selection.
Saturday, 10 AM–5 PM — open to everyone. No list or RSVP required.
Sunday, 10 AM–5 PM — open to everyone with final markdowns. Selection is lighter and prices are lower.
What you'll find on the floor
Bedding — cotton sheets, quilts, and coverlets.
Pillows — down and down-alternative.
Bath — towels and bath sheets.
Throws — cooling, faux fur, sherpa, and waterproof picnic blankets.
Kitchen, drinkware, and organization — everyday pieces chosen to work hard.
Outdoor and garden — seasonal items that move quickly.
How to shop well
Bring room measurements and a clear idea of what you need.
Come Friday for first choice. Come Saturday for the full public sale. Come Sunday for final markdowns.
Take a moment to make sure an item works for your home before you buy.
Bring your own bags if you have them, and bring a vehicle you can load.
