SMS Terms
The Goods Shop uses text messaging to provide subscribers with VIP event updates, markdown notices, and seasonal finds. By joining the VIP mailing list, you agree to receive these communications via SMS on your mobile device.
1. Subscription
Subscribers receive VIP updates and markdown notices via text message. All subscribers must be at least 18 years of age to join.
2. Opt-Out
You may unsubscribe from all SMS communications at any time by replying 'STOP' to any message. Unsubscribing will immediately stop all future messages.
3. Charges
Text messages are billed to your mobile phone plan at the standard rate for your carrier. You are responsible for all charges incurred by your mobile provider.
4. Limitations
The Goods Shop is not liable for any errors or omissions in the transmission of messages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
